What is Usui Reiki?
My Reiki teachings are rooted in the traditional practice of Usui Shiki Ryoho, a powerful system of energy healing passed down through generations. First developed by Mikao Usui and later brought to the West by Hawayo Takata, Reiki offers a simple yet deeply effective way to support balance within the mind, body, and spirit.
Through practical techniques, including hand positions and the gentle flow of energy, you will learn how to work with Reiki for both yourself and others. Alongside this, the five Reiki principles offer a way of living that encourages calm, awareness, and inner harmony.
Beyond physical healing, Reiki can also support spiritual growth and a deeper connection to your true self, helping you to move through life with greater ease and understanding.
What is Karuna Reiki?
Karuna Reiki is a gentle yet powerful extension of Reiki that works through the energy of compassion. It invites a deeper, more intuitive connection, supporting healing on emotional and spiritual levels while encouraging a heart-led way of working.
Working with higher vibrational energies and specific healing symbols, Karuna Reiki reaches into deeper emotional and spiritual layers, helping to release old patterns and restore balance within. It encourages a more intuitive and heart-led way of working, allowing the energy to guide each session naturally.
As well as supporting healing for others, it can deepen your own awareness, connection, and personal growth along your spiritual path.

Karuna Reiki Attunement
Karuna Reiki is offered as a three-level attunement journey, each step gently deepening your connection to this compassionate healing energy. These attunements are not simply a teaching, but a personal experience, allowing the energy to open and unfold within you in its own time
Each level builds upon the last, supporting your growth, confidence, and understanding as you begin to work more intuitively with the energy.
There is a 21-day integration period between each level, giving you time to connect, practise, and allow the energy to settle naturally into your daily life.

Level I → 21-day integration → Level II → 21-day integration → Master Level
Total journey: approximately 6 to 8 weeks
Usui Reiki Attunement
Usui Reiki is offered as a three-level attunement journey, gently guiding you into the practice of energy healing at a pace that feels natural and supportive. Each level builds upon the last, helping you to grow in confidence, deepen your connection, and develop your own intuitive way of working with the energy.
These attunements are not simply a course, but a personal experience, allowing Reiki to open and integrate within you over time. You will be supported throughout, with space to practise and connect as your awareness naturally expands.
There is a 21-day integration period between each level, giving you time to settle into the energy and allow it to become part of your everyday life.

Level I — Karuna Reiki I
Investment: £150
Duration: Half day
Focus:
Opening to Karuna consciousness and compassionate healing frequencies.
Training includes:
• Introduction to Karuna Reiki and its lineage
• The philosophy of compassionate healing
• How Karuna Reiki differs from Usui Reiki
• Practitioner preparation and energetic hygiene
• Self-healing practices
• Hands-on healing techniques for others
• Guided meditation and energy sensing
• Level I attunement ceremony
21-Day Integration Period
A sacred self-healing cycle allowing the attunement energy to settle and integrate.
Student focus:
• Daily self-treatments
• Emotional clearing and reflection
• Energy awareness journalling
• Gentle lifestyle alignment
• Practice sessions (where appropriate)
Level II — Karuna Reiki II
Investment: £200
Duration: Half day
Focus:
Deepening spiritual connection and advanced healing practice.
Training includes:
• Strengthening Karuna energy flow
• Working with subconscious and past-life patterns
• Emotional and spiritual integration
• Advanced hands-on techniques
• Distance healing with Karuna frequencies
• Guided meditations for higher connection
• Level II attunement ceremony
21-Day Integration Period
Deep embodiment of the expanded frequencies.
Student focus:
• Continued daily self-healing
• Distance healing practice
• Spiritual reflection and insight journaling
• Integration of compassionate awareness
• Preparation for Master path (if called)
Level III — Karuna Reiki Master Level
Investment: £350
Duration: 1 training day
Focus:
Spiritual mastery, service, and teaching.
Training includes:
• Master attunement to the full Karuna Reiki frequency
• Learning to give Karuna Reiki attunements
• Advanced multidimensional healing practices
• Working with collective and planetary healing
• Teaching structure and student guidance
• Lineage honouring and practitioner ethics
• Embodying Karuna Reiki as a spiritual path
