Karuna Reiki is a deeply compassionate healing system that beautifully complements Usui Reiki by expanding both the energetic range and the spiritual depth of your practice. While Usui Reiki lays the essential foundations of universal life force healing, Karuna Reiki refines and elevates that connection, working gently yet powerfully with the higher heart and the subtle layers of emotional and spiritual memory. Many practitioners experience the energy as stronger, more focused, and profoundly transformative, particularly when supporting the healing of long-held emotional wounds, ancestral patterns, and soul-level experiences. Karuna invites you into a state of true compassion, not only for others but also for yourself, allowing healing to flow with greater wisdom, sensitivity, and grace.
For me, this path is more than training. It is my life’s work. I have devoted myself to sharing positive, uplifting, and deeply supportive healing, creating gentle spaces where people feel safe, seen, and truly cared for. I am not a large corporate enterprise or a faceless training provider. I am one woman walking a spiritual path, sharing the energy, wisdom, and compassion I have been blessed to receive.

A Three-Level Journey of Compassionate Healing
Karuna Reiki is a heart-centered healing path that deepens spiritual awareness, emotional healing, and compassionate service.
Training unfolds in three progressive levels, allowing time for integration and energetic embodiment.
There is a 21-day integration period between each level to honour the attunement process and personal healing journey.
Training Structure Overview
Level I → 21-day integration → Level II → 21-day integration → Master Level
Total course journey: Approximately 6–8 weeks
Level I — Karuna Reiki I
Investment: £150
Duration: Half day
Focus:
Opening to Karuna consciousness and compassionate healing frequencies.
Training includes:
• Introduction to Karuna Reiki and its lineage
• The philosophy of compassionate healing
• How Karuna Reiki differs from Usui Reiki
• Practitioner preparation and energetic hygiene
• Self-healing practices
• Hands-on healing techniques for others
• Guided meditation and energy sensing
• Level I attunement ceremony

Level II — Karuna Reiki II
Investment: £200
Duration: Half day
Focus:
Deepening spiritual connection and advanced healing practice.
Training includes:
• Strengthening Karuna energy flow
• Working with subconscious and past-life patterns
• Emotional and spiritual integration
• Advanced hands-on techniques
• Distance healing with Karuna frequencies
• Guided meditations for higher connection
• Level II attunement ceremony

Spiritual mastery, service, and teaching.
Training includes:
• Master attunement to the full Karuna Reiki frequency
• Learning to give Karuna Reiki attunements
• Advanced multidimensional healing practices
• Working with collective and planetary healing
• Teaching structure and student guidance
• Lineage honouring and practitioner ethics
