What is Usui Reiki?
My Reiki teachings are rooted in the traditional practice of Usui Shiki Ryoho, a powerful system of energy healing passed down through generations. First developed by Mikao Usui and later brought to the West by Hawayo Takata, Reiki offers a simple yet deeply effective way to support balance within the mind, body, and spirit.
Beyond physical healing, Reiki can also support spiritual growth and a deeper connection to your true self, helping you to move through life with greater ease and understanding.
What is Karuna Reiki?
Karuna Reiki is a gentle yet powerful extension of Usui Reiki that works through the energy of compassion. It invites a deeper, more intuitive connection, supporting healing on emotional and spiritual levels while encouraging a heart-led way of working.
As well as supporting healing for others, it can deepen your own awareness, connection, and personal growth along your spiritual path.
Karuna Reiki is a gentle yet deeply transformative healing system that opens the heart to compassion, spiritual growth and deeper healing. Building upon the foundations of Usui Reiki, it supports healing on emotional, mental and spiritual levels while strengthening your connection to divine wisdom.
Every student's journey is unique, which is why I begin with a friendly conversation to discuss your Reiki experience and help guide you towards the most appropriate training.

Karuna Reiki Attunements
Karuna Reiki is taught over three attunement levels, each gently deepening your connection to this compassionate healing energy. Every level builds upon the last, allowing the energy to unfold naturally while supporting your confidence, spiritual growth and healing.
A 21-day integration period is observed between each attunement, giving you time to practise, reflect and fully embrace the energy before progressing.
Level I → 21 days → Level II → 21 days → Master Level
The complete journey takes approximately 6–8 weeks.

Usui Reiki Attunements
Usui Reiki is taught over three attunement levels, gently guiding you into the practice of Reiki healing. Each level builds upon the last, allowing your confidence, intuition and connection to the energy to develop naturally.
A 21-day integration period is observed between each attunement, giving you time to practise, reflect and allow Reiki to become part of your everyday life.
Level I → 21 days → Level II → 21 days → Reiki Master (3A Apprentice)
The complete journey takes approximately 6–8 weeks.
