My word I have just come back from a 4 day retreat with Lynn on the beautiful and mystical island of Anglesey and I must say what a wonderful experience it was.
I went knowing no-one and came back feeling as if I'd made friends for life. What an experience to meet and mingle with such beautiful souls.
The whole time was magical from the Meditations - Reiki - Sound Bath and Reflexology I received to the lovely wholesome food on offer.
This was my first experience of a retreat with Lynn but it won't be my last that's for sure.

This was my 4th retreat and honestly they just keep getting better. I feel totally relaxed and stress free, even tho I've been home filled the dishwasher several times and been on tea duty. Neither of which were a chore!!
The ability to be yourself, a self that we sometimes seem to lose in the stress and mundane of day to day living. This is achievable through the atmosphere (not a good enough word but im only on my 1st coffee!) And safe environment that Lynn manages to pull out of the hat every time.
You are taken to places that can be very uncomfortable that you wouldn't dream of sharing, but in a very short time those gorgeous women who are with you are your friends and champions. Healing what you didn't know was broken.

I have been to a retreat with Lynne twice now and it’s difficult to verbalise how incredible the weekends are, but the words I would choose would include: wholesome, collaborative, gentle, supportive, grounding, peaceful, reflective. It’s a place where women come together and that quantum energy creates collective magic and healing. Lynne is professional and ensures a safe and healing space from beginning to when we leave. Healthy home cooked food catering for all diets, gorgeous houses with sea views and in the middle of the gorgeous, ancient and magical Welsh countryside. Reiki healing, massage, reflexology and gong baths are some of the practices that take place. Lynne has some trusted ladies that assist her weekends and also worth their weight in gold. So much love, care, passion & kindness. These retreats are not ones that you are keen to leave. I’m already looking to book my third!

🌿 Retreat Terms & Conditions
Please take a moment to read through before booking.
Deposits
When you book your place, a deposit is required. This deposit is non-refundable, as it is immediately used to secure the retreat property and hold your chosen space (including any special requests such as single occupancy).
Final Balance
The remaining balance is due 12 weeks before the retreat begins. This ensures all accommodation, catering, and retreat arrangements can be confirmed smoothly for everyone attending.
Cancellations
I understand that life can sometimes bring unexpected changes. If you need to cancel after booking, please know:
- Retreat properties are reserved specifically based on the number of confirmed guests.
- If you cancel, I will do my best to re-offer your place, sometimes at a reduced rate, in the hope of filling the space.
- As retreat budgets are carefully worked out per person, cancellations close to the retreat date leave an unavoidable financial gap.
By confirming your booking, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. This allows me to create a safe, nurturing, and affordable retreat space for everyone.
