🌿 Retreat Terms & Conditions

Please take a moment to read through before booking.

Deposits
When you book your place, a deposit is required. This deposit is non-refundable, as it is immediately used to secure the retreat property and hold your chosen space (including any special requests such as single occupancy).

Final Balance
The remaining balance is due 12 weeks before the retreat begins. This ensures all accommodation, catering, and retreat arrangements can be confirmed smoothly for everyone attending.

Cancellations
I understand that life can sometimes bring unexpected changes. If you need to cancel after booking, please know:

• Retreat properties are reserved specifically based on the number of confirmed guests.
• If you cancel, I will do my best to re-offer your place, sometimes at a reduced rate, in the hope of filling the space.
• As retreat budgets are carefully worked out per person, cancellations close to the retreat date leave an unavoidable financial gap.

By confirming your booking, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. This allows me to create a safe, nurturing, and affordable retreat space for everyone.
