Please read carefully before booking.
Deposits
All deposits are non-refundable, as they are used to secure the retreat property on your behalf. Properties are booked based on the number of confirmed participants and specific accommodation needs, such as requests for single occupancy.
Final Balance
The remaining balance must be paid in full
12 weeks prior to the retreat. This ensures all arrangements can be finalised in a timely and smooth manner.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel your place after booking, please be aware that:
- Properties are selected and paid for based on your participation and preferences.
- Your place will be re-offered at a discounted rate, in an attempt to fill the space.
- Retreat costs are carefully budgeted per person, and last-minute cancellations create a financial gap.
